Academy Award Shockers!

The Oscars this year were actually pretty good. The speeches were nice and short, and so was the telecast. Here are some of the suprises of the night.

-Billy Crystal was actually a great host! He had some funny One Liners and I just think he did a good job! Not so much with singing though. But it was just meant to be fun.

Best Picture- The Artist
Best Actor- Jean Dujardin (The Artist)

UPDATE: The Hungers Games broke first day ticket sale records!! Breaking Twilight Saga: Eclipses record! Its already sold out at hundreds of movie theaters around the globe for the midnight showing. I'm glad I got my tickets in time. If you still want them I would think fast.--------------------------------------------------------------------

Big Box Office Weekend!!

UPDATE- My predictions were actually way off. They all over performed except for Star Wars, I cant believe it came in 4th. I thought lots of people would go see it. Also suprised Journey 2 ended up in 3rd, didnt think it would make 27 million.

 Lastly Safe House and The Vow. Not so much suprised with The Vow, but Safe House made way more then I thought. Im kind of suprised with everything. I now

Check out this amazing new trailer for the The Amazing Spider Man, its really going to be an awesome summer for superhero movies, I really cant wait! Although im still looking more forward to The Dark Knight Rises, but this trailer is pretty cool.

Super Bowl Movie Ads

The Avengers- Definetly the best of the movie ads, truly cant wait for this movie

Battleship- Still not sure about this one, it looks exactly like Transformers

The Lorax- Super excited to see this one, I loved the TV spot for it

John Carter- Also not sure about this one, I dont think its gonna make up for its massive budget.

My Review of Chronicle

Chronicle was a movie I was actually really interested in seeing and I was just really curious. Overall it turned out to be a suprise itself.

Chronicle is about a bunch of teens, who find this mysterious thing in a hole and after going down they recieve very powerful powers.
