Big Box Office Weekend!!

UPDATE- My predictions were actually way off. They all over performed except for Star Wars, I cant believe it came in 4th. I thought lots of people would go see it. Also suprised Journey 2 ended up in 3rd, didnt think it would make 27 million.

 Lastly Safe House and The Vow. Not so much suprised with The Vow, but Safe House made way more then I thought. Im kind of suprised with everything. I now

There are 4 new movie releases this weekend, and they all have a potential to be big releases. Here are the movies.

Journey 2: The Mysterious Island- The one family movie opening, it should do ok.

Safe House- The R rated Action/Thriller also should do ok.

The Vow- Should open big!! Since its a romantic movie and its around Valentines Day.

Lastly Star Wars: The Phantom Menace 3D- Should also open big with kids and old fans going to see the
movie!

Weekend Predictions:

1. Star Wars: The Phantom Menace 3D- 32.5M

2. The Vow- 29.8M

3. Safe House- 23.2M

4. Journey 2: The Mysterious Island- 21.1M

It will also be a box office battle next weekend with This Means War and Ghost Rider 2, adding to the list.
