Bully Vs. MPAA

By now you may have heard about the war going on between the movie Bully and the MPAA, the people who rate the movies. The MPAA recently gave the movie Bully an R rating and after that pretty much everyone was outraged.

People were mad because now, Bully, can not be seen by it's target audience, teens, so people started protesting and signing petitions and even Congress and celebrity's like Meryl Streep, George Clooney, and Drew Brees are getting involved in the protest to change the rating.

They are all begging the MPAA to change the rating to PG- 13 so teens can go see it. Its only rated R for a few bad words in the beginning and the director says he's not changing anything.

I personally dont think the MPAA is going to change the rating, they just don't do that. Although I do hope it gets changed so teens can go see it. The movie opens in limited release March 30th.
